1. Can I make a reservation through the website?
It is possible to make prereservation. Once you fill out all the required data in our Reservation form, in the shortest possible time we will contact you with confirmation.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
We are kindly asking you to make the advance payment of 100,00 EUR in 20 days from reservation, to make the reservation valid mutually. The advance will be subtracted from total costs while paying.

3. Can I get a refund of advance if I have to cancel my reservation?
If you decide to cancel your reservation in 30 days period before day of arrival, we will make the advance return.

4. Payment method?
Hotel Flores and Apartment settlement Rastovac – cash, credit cards, PBZ American and Maestro cards in 6 installments.
Apartments Gajac – cash only.

5. Do you accept pets?
In hotel Flores Poreč pets are not allowed.
In the Apartment complex Rastovac and Apartments Gajac your pets are our dear guests.

6. Is there a possibility of renting a baby cot?
Baby cot: 58.00 EUR (8.00 EUR) per day. Children up to 3 years old are gratis if they do not use separate bed and food.

7. What does half board includes?
Half-board includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner.

8. Do you offer full board service?
The hotel Flores Porec - supplement for full board is 88 kuna (12 €).
The apartment complex Rastovac – possibility of half board and full board service. Prices are listed in the pricelist.

9. What is included in apartment rental?
Rent apartment price includes: bed-clothes, cutlery, cleaning set, water and electricity expenses, changed bed-clothes and cleaning after 7 days stay and final cleaning.
